Aloe, from which we get an excellent burnt ointment, is a succulent aloe plant. The succulent and cacti are remarkably admirable. The aloe plant is also known as puppies, as part of its growth cycle. Splitting the aloe plants away from the parents produces a new aloe to enjoy.
How to Divide Aloe Plants
The parent plant needs to be removed from its pot, so this is a good time to replant it and fill the pots with fresh soil. The process is quite easy. will only take a few moments.
Remove the parent plant from its pot and clean away rock and soil from the lower parts base and root system, and find a healthy pup. Sometimes, you don’t need a knife and the pup will just pull away from the parent. if Pups will not come with low pull then you need a sharp, clean knife, and carefully cut with a few roots and it will be away from the parent plant.
Lay the offset in a warm, dim room to pot on the end for two days before planting.
Planting Aloe Pups
